Ben Avery has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases for the entirety of his legal career. Ben founded The Avery Firm which represents individuals and families that have been injured in automobile, trucking, and motorcycle accidents as well as premises liability, negligent security, and nursing home abuse.


Craig Avery is a registered neutral with over 25 years of litigation experience. During his tenure as a trial lawyer, Craig gained experience litigating a variety of personal injury cases, including car crashes, tractor-trailer wrecks, motorcycle accidents, and premises liability cases involving slip-and-falls and dog bites.
Acting as sole trial counsel and often opposing some of the best personal injury lawyers in Georgia, Craig successfully handled over 400 jury trials in Superior and State Courts in 38 Georgia counties; most cases involved soft tissue injuries, serious injuries, and wrongful deaths. He has also evaluated and resolved thousands of cases through negotiated settlements and mediations. Pratt H. Davis
Pratt has been a trial lawyer for over 25 years and has litigated and mediated Federal and State personal injury cases all over Georgia. Pratt’s experience representing Plaintiffs and Defendants allows him to appreciate the challenges each party faces when trying to resolve their case. In addition to litigating civil cases, Pratt has been involved in FINRA securities arbitrations and mediations and has represented the Securities and Exchange Commission as a receiver.
Allen McDuffie
As a graduate of Vanderbilt University and University of Georgia Law School, Allen McDuffie is a registered neutral with over 30 years of litigation experience. While a trial lawyer, Allen worked as an insurance defense lawyer for 21 years and then as a plaintiff’s lawyer for 12 years, trying dozens and dozens of jury trials. He is very experienced on both sides of personal injury litigation. His experience provides him with important insight into personal injury litigation that is crucial to be a successful mediator.

Philip Milam
Philip has a passion for helping parties come together to find a resolution to their disputes and uses his experience to quickly discern the issues while patiently and persistently guiding the parties toward resolution.
Philip lives in Ellijay, Georgia with is wife Lisa Driggers Milam where he is active with his church and community. During his free time he enjoys fishing, hiking, and cooking.
