Jeff Malcom is a registered neutral with over 37 years of litigation experience. Jeff was in private practice for 21 years where his practice focused on litigation. He tried dozens of jury and bench trials in cases of automobile wrecks, tractor-trailer wrecks, premises liability, as well as construction disputes, contract disputes, and domestic cases.
In 2008, Jeff was elected to the Superior Court Bench for the Northern Judicial Circuit where he served for 16 years, including 6 years as Chief Judge of the Circuit. He presided over hundreds of cases that included medical malpractice, tractor-trailer wrecks, automobile wrecks, premises liability and product liability cases. These cases had injury claims ranging from soft tissue to wrongful death. Upon his retirement in 2024, Jeff was appointed by the Governor as Senior Judge of the Superior Courts of Georgia effective January 1st, 2025.
Jeff feels his time on the bench, combined with his time in private practice, gives him a unique background to help individuals reach their goal of successful mediation. When not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and friends at the lake and playing golf.
