Marcia is a registered neutral with over 10 years of litigation experience. She began her career litigating civil cases for insurance companies and their insureds. Marcia handled matters relating to automobile accidents involving passenger vehicles, tractor-trailers, motorcycles, and pedestrians. She defended personal injury and wrongful death cases. Marcia has handled a wide range of matters in litigation carrying cases through from inception to resolution via mediation or trial. Marcia has handled a host of pre-litigation settlements and has facilitated global settlement agreements amongst a host of competing parties. Marcia has covered matters in several of Georgia’s counties and courts.
Marcia is highly admired by her peers and knows her way around the courtroom. She has been registered to mediate civil litigation matters since 2017. In 2023, Marcia completed the requirements to mediate domestic matters as well. She recently embarked on a mission to serve her community through her solo law practice specializing in estate planning and family law.
