Robert Gardner is a registered neutral with 28 years of litigation experience, both as an attorney and the Judge of the State Court of Barrow County. During his career, Robert has handled over 140 jury trials as lead counsel, representing individuals, estates, businesses, government agencies, and insurance companies. His unique experience representing Plaintiffs and Defendants, in addition to presiding over 1000 civil cases during his judicial tenure, is well suited to the recognition of issues in a variety of cases and matters.
During his career as a general practitioner in Northeast Georgia’s Barrow County, Robert has represented clients in real estate disputes, contractual matters, business litigation, debtor’s and creditor’s bankruptcies, personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, and premises liability cases throughout Northeast Georgia and Metro Atlanta. He has appeared in cases throughout Georgia, in both State and Federal Courts. Robert’s rare perspective as lawyer, Judge, and neutral gives him the experience and knowledge to assist in the resolution of cases and disputes.
In his spare time, Robert is an avid reader who loves to spend time with wife and five children.
