$300 per party; per hour
3+ Party Case:
$250 per party; per hour
*Please note that for Craig Avery, there is a three (3) hour minimum.*
Ben Avery
2 Party Case:
$250 per party; per hour
3+ Party Case:
$200 per party; per hour

ADMINISTRATION FEES
For all mediations that are conducted in person, there will be a $100 administration fee per party. There will not be an administration fee for mediations conducted via ZOOM.
CANCELATION POLICY
Mediations canceled within 24 hours of the mediation will be charged 3 hours of the Neutral’s hourly rate. The canceling party will be responsible for the cancelation fees, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
